Paul George Explains Thunder Process, Love for Pacers, Staying in OKC

The Oklahoma City Thunder were getting crucified at the beginning of the season because the team was losing, even with an All-Star cast of Russell Westbrook, Paul George and Carmelo Anthony. The three needed time to adjust to each other and learn how one another played. That chemistry doesn’t come overnight.

Although they’ve dropped the last four games, they won eight in a row before that and sit at fifth in the Western Conferences with a record of 30-24.

In an interview with Rachel Nichols on ESPN, PG13 talks about the process the team has gone through in gelling, playing together and what they want to accomplish this season and beyond. He also spoke on being a fan of the Indiana Pacers and Victor Oladipo, as well as Myles Turner and other players he shared the court with during his time on the team.

And you know he was going to be asked about free agency and his potential move to the Los Angeles Lakers, but he said right now, he knows there’s a brotherhood in OKC and he’s curious to see where the season takes them.

It sounds like he might be staying more than going. We’ll find out soon enough, though.
